Description/Blazon
The Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE) is a program designed to enhance pride by fostering excellence in our facilities and the services they offer. On a disc of medium green, the four stars, inner and outer rims and circles in bright gold, the letters "People, Pride, Readiness, Facilities and Services" and "Army Communities" are white, "of Excellence" chrome yellow. The ACOE emblem was completed on 16 Feb 1990.
